Hospital-based Nursing Care:
In case you or your family members are admitted in hospital we can provide nursing care in the absence or to support an attendant. Our experienced nurses will listen to the patients and relay their physical and emotional needs to hospital medical team. They also provide health education and counseling to patients while keeping up-to-date changes in treatment plans. In case this is required, they can directly observe taking of oral medication especially for patients with a history of poor adherence or mental health. Where needed they assist with activities of daily leaving such as bathing, dressing up and feeding.
